Job Details
• Floor Staff (Hostess)
A role that involves sitting beside customers at the
table or counter, preparing drinks, and engaging in conversation.
(No prior experience required; staff will provide thorough guidance.)
• Support Staff & Driver
Responsibilities include hall service duties, cleaning
and organizing, as well as driving customers and staff.
• Companions
Tasks include greeting and assisting at banquet venues,
managing the flow of events, and serving drinks and meals.
Work Location
• Main Location:
2516-2 Okame, Yuzawa-machi, Minamiuonuma-gun, Niigata, Japan
• For Companions:
Hotels, inns, and traditional restaurants within Yuzawa-machi.
Working Hours
• Floor Staff (Hostess): 20:00 – Closing
• Support Staff: 18:00 – Closing
Compensation
• Floor Staff & Companions:
¥2,000–¥4,000 per hour
• Support Staff:
¥1,300 per hour (Resume required; training period applies)
Qualifications
• Foreign nationals, inexperienced individuals, and
